Solegreen is a publicly-traded renewable energy company (IPP) which specializes in the set-up, development, construction, and management of the operations of power generation facilities based on renewable energies. The Company has a veteran management team with experience in both the Israeli and global renewable energy industry, and in the leadership of public companies. The Company is controlled by Generation Capital Fund which has abundant experience in the infrastructure, energy and capital market industries. The Company is held by a number of leading institutional bodies such as Clal Insurance, Migdal, Meitav Dash, and The Phoenix.

The Company currently owns a portfolio of 80 MW of income-producing assets, with tens of megawatts of projects under construction, approx. 1.4 GMW of projects under development in all the territories in which the company operates.

Solegreen’s team is proficient and professional with decades of cumulative experience in all areas of the development, construction and operation of projects in the renewable energy industry in Israel and worldwide.

In accordance with the Company’s strategy to develop a substantial portfolio of solar income-producing assets, the Company is working to accelerate and expand its renewable energy business, specifically in the photovoltaic field. The Company regularly explores opportunities for entering additional areas of activity and geographic markets in Israel and abroad, and into additional related markets.
